What to Expect
The intake process is completed through our secure portal and takes approximately 15–30 minutes.
You will be asked to provide case details, relevant party names, jurisdiction information, and supporting documents.
Accepted file types include PDF, DOCX, and images. Documents are processed through our OCR pipeline.
All submissions are encrypted, confidential, and never shared publicly or sold.
Who Can Submit
WCI does not provide legal representation. We generate structured case analysis reports for use in post-conviction review, innocence project submissions, or clemency proceedings. Case acceptance is not guaranteed and is based on staff review capacity and preliminary findings.
