The Wrongful Conviction Initiative (WCI) now offers a secure online case submission option for individuals, families, and legal advocates who prefer a fully digital process.

All submitted materials are:
- Processed through secure OCR systems
- Reviewed using AI-assisted analysis tools
- Evaluated by human reviewers before any findings are finalized
- Stored in encrypted, access-controlled environments
If your case is accepted for review, it may also be entered into our Integrity Tracker system for ongoing monitoring of case participants .
WCI does not provide direct legal representation, but we generate structured case summaries that may be used for post-conviction review, innocence project submissions, or clemency efforts.
We treat every submission with strict confidentiality. Your documents are never sold, shared publicly, or used for any purpose outside of case analysis and review.
